Website Edit Requests
This form must be filled out with all of the updates and edits you'd like us to make (our inbox gets too full to handle the details via email as they will get lost, and we don't want to miss anything!).
Please read through the process before proceeding.
HOW THE EDITS PROCESS WORKS:
Once the form is received, we will reply with a cost estimate and timeline.
If the edits are more extensive, we will send a link to book a call with Hannah to review your updates and the plan to complete your project (this is a paid call that will be applied to your final invoice).
If no meeting is necessary, we will ask for approval on the cost and timeline and follow up with an invoice for a 50% deposit of the estimated time, along with any extra forms we might need.
Updates are billed at a rate of $50 per 15-minute increments (with the exception of full-page additions, which are a flat rate and price depends on the type of page).
At times, we may have a long waitlist for updates as we add them to our calendar with other scheduled projects. The estimated time runs anywhere from 3-6 weeks for completion (with the exception of time-sensitive requests, where we will do our best to get the updates completed as soon as possible).
We will respond to your request within 4-6 business days. And don’t forget…we have the Resource Library with videos to help you manage edits on your own!
