Website Audit Service Agreement

Agreement

This agreement is between Cued Creative ("we," "us") and you, the person purchasing the Website Audit ("you"). By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

What's included

Your Website Audit includes:

A review of your home page, about page, and services page
A video review focused on design, layout, and user experience
A detailed action plan for your content, SEO, and AEO focusing on your top 10 to 15 priorities

The audit does not include:

Making any changes to your website
Writing or rewriting your content
Review of pages beyond your home, about, and services pages
Follow-up calls or ongoing email support

Additional support can be purchased separately.

Timeline

Your audit is delivered by email within 14 business days of when you submit your completed questionnaire. The timeline starts once we receive the questionnaire, not at purchase.

If we can't access your website (for example, a missing password or a site that's down), the timeline pauses until we have access.

No guarantees

We make no guarantees about results. This includes, but isn't limited to:

Search engine rankings or visibility in AI search tools
Website traffic
New clients, inquiries, or bookings
Revenue or income

Your results depend on many things outside our control. These include how and when you apply the recommendations, your market, your competition, and changes made by Google, AI platforms, and website builders.

Our recommendations reflect our professional opinion and experience. Any results shared by past clients, including testimonials, are not typical or promised outcomes.

Your responsibilities

To get the most from your audit, you agree to:

Submit your completed questionnaire with accurate information
Give us access to your website, including a password if it's protected
Leave out private client information, including anything protected by HIPAA
Decide which recommendations to use and how to use them

You are responsible for any changes you make to your website and for making sure your site follows the laws and professional rules that apply to your practice.

Payment and refunds

The Website Audit is $197, paid in full at checkout.

All sales are final. Because the audit is a personalized service, we don't offer refunds once your purchase is complete.

If you don't submit your questionnaire within 90 days of purchase, we may consider the service complete.

Ownership

You own your website and its content. Your audit video and action plan are for you and your practice. You may use them freely for your own website but may not resell or share them publicly.

Confidentiality

We keep the information you share private. We won't share it with anyone outside our team without your permission.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the Website Audit is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for lost income, lost clients, or other indirect losses.
