  1. Check your email (be sure to look in spam and promotions folders) for an email with the subject line: Next Steps ~ The ScaleSmart Podcast.

  2. Fill out the interview information form linked in the “Next Steps” email to ensure we have all your important information.

  3. Review and sign the Podcast Guest Agreement (also linked in the “Next Steps” email).

  4. Watch your email for a 2nd email with all of the important details (subject line: *important details* [The ScaleSmart Podcast]).

  5. We will also send a calendar invite and an email to confirm the day before.

  • Most episodes run about 30-45, with 5–15 minutes of chat before we hit record. We block a full hour so we don’t have to cut the interview short!

  • Yes! At the end of the interview we will have you tell us about your offers/services. We will also share any links to your freebies, website, social, etc. in the show notes.

  • It’s conversational and casual. I’ll guide the discussion based on the topics you selected, but we’ll keep it natural and flowing.

  • No prep required! Just review the emails we send and feel free to have any key points or links handy.

  • No, however after the interview if there’s anything you want us to cut from the conversation we will!

  • We record a few weeks to a month ahead of the air date.
