You will start by selecting a template of your choice. Every template is built using a proven formula for the best user experience, highest conversions, and excellent SEO.
After you purchase your template, we will send it your way within 24 hours.
You will get immediate access to our Launch Library, where you will find your pdf user guide, video tutorials, and any links to Canva templates.
Our goal is to make this as easy as possible for you, so we will guide you step-by-step through the entire process.
Once you are done adding your personal touches, we will show you how to connect your domain and launch your site.
You can access additional support via our support page or email.
You must have an active free trial (or a paid plan) with Squarespace to keep your site. If your free trial expires before you have upgraded to a paid plan, your site will be deleted.

You can request a one-time, seven-day extension to your website trial (click here). After that, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan to keep your site and avoid having it deleted.

If your content hasn't been permanently deleted, we may be able to restore it for you, depending on how long it's been. When your trial site expires, your site content is no longer visible to visitors. Sites that were never a paid subscription are automatically marked for deletion after a period of inactivity. No, these are Squarespace templates, and they cannot be moved off of Squarespace.
Squarespace is a user-friendly, all-in platform that we use for our full-service websites as well. After nearly a decade of building websites, we can confidently say Squarespace is our favorite platform!

We only offer Squarespace templates for our DIY option. Wix has too many “rules” to create a screensize responsive design that creates problems for novice designers. And it’s just harder overall, so we’ve moved almost exclusively to Squarespace because people are just more successful on it. Also hosting is about 50% the cost on Squarespace which is nice :)
No. You will get a 6-month free trial (so you can take your time to customize your site), but you will have to purchase hosting once you want to make it live to the public. When you purchase one of our templates, you will get 20% off of your first year of hosting.
You will need to pay for hosting through Squarespace - that can be set up monthly or annually. When you pay annually, you will receive an additional 25% off your first year of hosting with our templates. There are no ongoing costs paid to us.
Your template will be delivered to your Squarespace account as a new website. This way, you can keep your current website up while you create your new website.
When your new website is ready to launch, you will need to purchase a new subscription for it (you will get 20% off your first year) and then cancel the subscription on the old site.
If there is still time remaining on your old subscription, you can contact Squarespace for a prorated refund.
Yes! Squarespace has a simple, built-in e-commerce store function that can be added to any Squarespace website. They also offer amazing tutorials that will make it easy for you to add a shop to any of our templates!
You can also host courses on Squarespace!
If you plan to add a shop or course, be sure to explore which Squarespace hosting plan you will need.
Squarespace shops are very user-friendly but may not be the best fit for a company that plans to sell large quantities of physical products or needs advanced e-commerce features, so be sure to do your research!
You will have access for the lifetime of the course, so you can come back as often as you need.
