Kimberly Kean has been a practicing Speech-Language Pathologist since 2012. Kim has worked in various settings including schools, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and private practice. A fateful night of doing insurance reauthorization paperwork led to the birth of Speech Dreamers when Kim realized that task burnout was killing her interest in being an SLP. Speech Dreamers exists to encourage clinicians to prioritize their own well-being in the interest of supporting a long, rewarding career.
